§ 56-25 Vehicle Equipment – Electronic Trip Record System.

RCNY § 56-25

(a)The "electronic Trip Record system" is hardware and software that collects and stores the electronic trip record data required by the Commission. This includes the following: (1) The Driver's Paratransit Driver's License number (2) The Paratransit Vehicle's state license plate number (3) The date and time of pick-up of passengers (4) The date and time of drop-off of passengers (5) The locations of pick-ups and drop-offs (6) Any other entries required by the Commission and local, state or federal law.

(b)The specific pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times must be collected in the vehicle during the trip; the Base Owner is permitted to make other entries.
