(a)General. The following items must be present in the Paratransit Vehicle prior to its operation: (1) The Driver's Paratransit Driver's License.

(2)The Vehicle's registration certificate (or a photocopy).

(3)The Paratransit Vehicle License (or a photocopy).

(4)An insurance card (or a photocopy).

(5)The lease card, if any, (or a photocopy).

(6)The Trip Record.

(7)Any notices required to be posted in the Paratransit Vehicle. 35 RCNY § 56-23(a)Fine: $15 each violation.Appearance NOT REQUIRED
