§ 50-02 Cook Stoves and Charcoal Burning Appliances.

RCNY § 50-02

(a)Definition. "Cook stove" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 24-104(28) of the Administrative Code.

(b)No person shall cause or permit the installation, use, or operation of any cook stove unless he or she has first registered the cook stove or appliance with the Department in accordance with the requirements of § 24-109 of the Administrative Code. (Added City Record 7/2/2018, eff. 8/1/2018)
