§ 5-41 Audits

RCNY § 5-41

The Department shall provide the Board with a copy of all audit reports, responses to audit reports, audit correction action plans, appeals of audit findings, and decisions on appeal, submitted to PREA-certified auditors pursuant to PREA Standard § 115.93 and PREA Standards §§ 115.401 through 115.405. The Department shall provide such material to the Board within two (2) business days after its submission to the auditors. (Added City Record 11/25/2016, eff. 1/2/2017)
