§ 5-02 Definitions.

RCNY § 5-02

When used in this Chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: “Animal rescue group” has the same meaning as in § 17-802 of the Administrative Code. “Animal shelter” has the same meaning as in § 17-802 of the Administrative Code. “Cat” has the same meaning as in 24 RCNY Health Code § 161.02. “Dog” has the same meaning as in 24 RCNY Health Code § 161.02. “Health Code” means the New York City Health Code. “Pet shop” has the same meaning as in § 17-371 of the Administrative Code. “Small animal” has the same meaning as in 24 RCNY Health Code § 161.02.
