To comply with any section of this chapter, a facility may submit any documents prepared to comply with the United States Occupation Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) regulations regarding the Process Safety Management of highly hazardous chemicals as contained in 29 C.F.R. §§ 1910.119 et seq. which have been approved by OSHA. (Amended City Record 1/5/2018, eff. 2/4/2018)
