§ 40-01 Definitions.

RCNY § 40-01

Unless the context requires otherwise, as used in these rules: "Administrative Code" shall mean the Administrative Code of the City of New York. "Commissioner" shall mean the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York. "Date of sale" shall have the meaning provided in Administrative Code § 11-320(e). "Tax lien" shall have the meaning provided in Administrative Code § 11-301.
