What is NYC RCNY § 4-08?

(a) A license issued to a dealer in firearms, gunsmith or manufacturer shall be valid until the 1st day of the second January after date of issuance, and may be renewed annually thereafter. (b) A license for dealers in air pistols/air rifles is an annual license which may be renewed thereafter.

RCNY § 4-08

(a)A license issued to a dealer in firearms, gunsmith or manufacturer shall be valid until the 1st day of the second January after date of issuance, and may be renewed annually thereafter.
