RCNY § 4-02

The candidate must retain all records and documents required to be kept under 52 RCNY § 4-01 for five years from the filing of a final statement showing satisfaction of all liabilities and disposition of all assets resulting from the applicable election including payment of any penalties or repayment of public funds owed to the Board.
