The labels on containers of paints, oils, varnishes, japans and similar commodities must be marked in one of the following ways: (a) Weight of the contents in terms of pounds and ounces.
(b)Fluid contents in terms of gallons, quarts, pints, half-pints and gills or fractional parts of these.
