Definitions in 48 RCNY § 6-01 apply to terms used in this chapter. In addition, as used in this chapter: "Board" means the Environmental Control Board of the City of New York. "Executive Director" means the executive director of the Board. (Added City Record 7/8/2016, eff. 8/7/2016)
