RCNY § 3-10

The permittee shall notify the Rifle/Shotgun Section if they wish to cancel or decline to renew their rifle/shotgun permit by forwarding the permit, certificate(s) of registration, and an affirmed letter to the Rifle/Shotgun Section. The letter shall inform the Rifle/Shotgun Section where the rifles/shotguns are located or how they have otherwise been disposed of. (Amended City Record 12/6/2024, eff. 1/5/2025)
