§ 28-103 Authorized Work Hours.

RCNY § 28-103

a. Equipment shall be used only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, unless the responsible party obtains an after hours work authorization, in which case the equipment shall be used in accordance with the hours specified in the permit and in the after hours work authorization, as set forth in § 24-223 of the Administrative Code. b. When work occurs after hours in accordance with § 24-223 of the Administrative Code, or falls within one of the exceptions to limits on after hours and weekend construction work set forth in § 24-222 of such Code, additional noise mitigation measures and/or techniques shall be implemented when required by DEP.
