§ 21-04 Incomplete applications.

Where the administering agency determines that a submitted application is not sufficient to be approved, it shall notify the applicant of the necessary documents or information needed to complete the review of the application. If additional information for registration is required, the administering agency will request such information at the email address provided as part of the application, or by alternate method where approved by the administering agency. If the information needed to evaluate the application is not received within 30 days, the application will be rejected. Upon application the administering agency may grant an extension for good cause. (Added City Record 2/3/2023, eff. 3/5/2023)
