(a)The provisions of this subchapter apply to all stages of a Water Shortage Emergency in the City, unless otherwise specifically provided herein.

(b)The Commissioner may declare any one of three stages of a Water Shortage Emergency, based on the anticipated severity of the shortage and the need to reduce consumption, as described in these rules. (Amended City Record 4/13/2022, eff. 5/13/2022)
