§ 2-07 Filing of Papers.
RCNY § 2-07
(a)Generally. Papers may be filed at the Commission through the online portal or by e-mail. As an alternative, papers can be submitted in person or by mail.
(b)Means of service on adversary. After filing of the initial appeal request, all subsequent submissions must be contemporaneously submitted to the opposing party using the same or equivalent means of service. The Commission may deem submissions not served on all other parties via similar means to be ex parte communication. See 60 RCNY § 2-13, infra. (Added City Record 11/3/2022, eff. 12/3/2022)
