§ 2-03 Application Requirements.

RCNY § 2-03

(a)Applications for CDF funds must include one proposed project that conforms to the requirements set forth in 58 RCNY § 2-04, and include the required materials described in 58 RCNY § 2-08. If such applicant is awarded CDF funds by the Department, such proposed project will form the scope of service in the grant agreement between the Department and the applicant.

(b)Applicants must submit the Department’s application form, which includes a description of the project, and provide other relevant information about the proposed project and the applicant, including the applicant’s ability to compensate artists for their work.
