§ 19.1-01.3 Inspectors and Authorized Inspection Agents.

As provided for Subchapter 4 of Chapter 5-A of Title 24 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York, §§ 24-581 through 24-590, inspectors and authorized inspection agents may issue orders and summonses for failure to comply with any provision or section of these rules, any condition of any permit issued under these rules, or any term or condition of a SWPPP approved by the department pursuant to these rules. All orders and summonses issued by inspectors and authorized inspection agents are subject to approval by the department. (Added City Record 4/1/2019, eff. 6/1/2019)
