§ 19-101 Definitions.

RCNY § 19-101

Default penalty. "Default penalty" shall mean the penalty imposed by the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings acting pursuant to Section 1049-a of the Charter in accordance with subparagraph (d) of paragraph one of subdivision d of Section 1049-a of the Charter. RCNY. "RCNY" shall mean the Rules of the City of New York. (Added City Record 5/5/2017, eff. 6/4/2017; amended City Record 10/15/2021, eff. 11/14/2021)
