§ 19-08 Grants.

a. An Applicant that is approved by DSBS may receive a grant in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for reimbursement of Eligible Moving Costs incurred by the Applicant and verified by DSBS. b. Grants are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for executed Grant Agreements and are dependent on available funding. Completion of the Application does not guarantee the right to any benefits under the Gowanus Business Relocation Grant Program. (Added City Record 5/30/2025, eff. 6/29/2025)
