RCNY § 19-01

The City will contract with a not-for-profit entity to establish NYC Scholarship Accounts for eligible students in New York City in order to empower them to graduate from high school with a financial asset to be used towards post-secondary education, develop and encourage positive financial behaviors and life-long habits of saving, and make existing college savings tools more accessible to low- and moderate-income New York City residents. (Added City Record 4/6/2022, eff. 4/6/2022)
