RCNY § 18-01

The objective of the Business Preparedness and Resiliency Risk Assessment and Grant Program ("BPREP Grant Program") is to address the weather-related resiliency needs of small businesses and commercial property owners by assessing their operations, assets, and physical space to determine risks and vulnerabilities to flooding and to provide financial assistance for the purchase of equipment and other items to increase such businesses' and owners' overall preparedness for extreme weather events. (Added City Record 3/2/2023, eff. 4/1/2023)
