RCNY § 175.42

For purposes of this section, mobile service operations means an x-ray unit of any type that is used in a van or similar vehicle to conduct x-ray examinations outside a fixed location. In addition to the requirements of 24 RCNY Health Code § 175.40, the applicant must provide the following information: (a) an established main location where the machines, records, etc. will be maintained for inspection.
