§ 175.15 Compliance with Dose Limits for Individual Members of the Public.

RCNY § 175.15

(a)The registrant must conduct surveys of radiation levels in unrestricted areas.

(b)The registrant must show compliance with the annual dose limit in 24 RCNY Health Code § 175.14 by demonstrating by measurement or calculation that the total effective dose equivalent to the individual likely to receive the highest dose from the registered operation does not exceed the annual dose limit. (Added City Record 4/24/2019, eff. 5/24/2019)
