§ 17-06 Compliance.

RCNY § 17-06

Applicants must submit an application and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the application. Should an applicant fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the application, DSBS reserves the right to recover the full grant amount distributed to the applicant. The applicant must retain documentation sufficient to demonstrate that the grant was used in a manner consistent with the requirement in subdivision i of 66 RCNY § 17-03 and must make such documentation available for inspection by DSBS upon request, consistent with applicable law.
