Access Permits are not substitutes for any NYSDEC Fishing, Hunting or Trapping Licenses required by law.

All persons using City Property for Recreational Uses are subject to the New York State Environmental Conservation Law and all other statutes, ordinances and Rules applicable and the Rules set forth herein.
