RCNY § 16-08

a. An Applicant that is approved by the Program Director may receive a grant in an amount not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for reimbursement of Eligible Moving Costs incurred by the Applicant and verified by DSBS. b. Grants are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for executed Grant Agreements and are dependent on available funding. Completion of the Application does not guarantee the right to any benefits under the Jerome Avenue Relocation Grant Program. (Added City Record 9/19/2019, eff. 10/19/2019)
