RCNY § 15-03
Any person found to have violated the provisions of 43 RCNY § 15-01 will be liable for a civil penalty of $1,000 for the first violation, $5,000 for the second violation and $7,500 for the third and subsequent violations. (Added City Record 12/29/2016, eff. 1/28/2017)
