§ 15-01 Special Requirements and Procedures.

RCNY § 15-01

If a special election to fill a vacancy is proclaimed, the Board, after considering the date of the election and any other relevant factors, may provide for special requirements and procedures for candidates, including: (a) a standard by which contributions, loans, and expenditures are presumed to be accepted or made for the special election, notwithstanding 52 RCNY §§ 5-10(a), 5-09(h), and 6-01(h)(i); and (b) such other requirements and procedures as the Board may deem necessary to implement the provisions of the Act in the special election fully and effectively.
