§ 11-01 Applicability.

RCNY § 11-01

These regulations apply to all construction contracts let by contracting agencies except (a) those contracts funded in whole or in part by the federal or state government which are subject to different and conflicting small business or other requirements, such as minority business enterprise and woman business enterprise requirements, and (b) contracts which include a contractor utilization plan for participation of certified minority-owned business enterprises and/or woman-owned business enterprises pursuant to Subchapter C of this Chapter.
