§ 10-27 Additional Subchapter C Provisions.

RCNY § 10-27

To lease a Subchapter C Unit, a household must meet the requirements set forth in 68 RCNY § 10-04, except that the household must have a lease for a term of one or two years, at the option of the tenant, for a residence in New York City that has passed a safety and habitability assessment by the CityFHEPS Subchapter C administering agencies pursuant to paragraph 4 of subdivision (c) of 28 RCNY § 60-02.
