§ 10-07 Teaching Suspension or Revocation.

The Commissioner shall suspend for a period of up to (3) three years or revoke for a period of up to (5) five years an approved school's teaching certificate, after giving written notice and an opportunity to be heard, upon the determination that any one of the following has occurred: (a) Submission of false information on any application; (b) Failure to submit written notification to the Department of any material change(s) in the conduct of the course; and (c) Failure to allow a department representative to audit any phase of the course.
