§ 1-06 Severability.

RCNY § 1-06

(a)If any provision of these rules or portion thereof is adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect or impair the validity of the remainder of these rules.

(b)If the application of any provision of these rules or portion thereof to any individual, entity, or circumstances is adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect or impair the application thereof to other individuals, entities, and circumstances. (Added City Record 8/16/2019, eff. 9/15/2019)
