The commissioner of correction shall have power to transfer prisoners from any prison or correctional institution under his or her control to any other prison or correctional institution under the jurisdiction of the department. (Am. 2021 N.Y. Laws Ch. 322, 8/2/2021, eff. 8/2/2021)
