§ 8-121 Reopening of proceeding by commission.

AC § 8-121

The commission may reopen any proceeding, or vacate or modify any order or determination of the commission, whenever justice so requires, in accordance with the rules of the commission. Editor's note: For related unconsolidated provisions, see Appendix A at L.L. 1991/039.
