AC § 28-507.9

Any habitable apartment in a basement or cellar created or altered pursuant to section 28-507.3 shall be deemed to be an alteration subject to exception 5.1 of section 501.4.3.1 of the New York city fire code. (L.L. 2024/126, 12/18/2024, eff. 6/16/2025)
