§ 28-507.11.1 Violations.

AC § 28-507.11.1

Violations of this article and rules of the department promulgated pursuant to this article shall be subject to enforcement and penalties in accordance with chapter 2 of this title. Notices of violation, administrative summonses, and appearance tickets may be issued by employees of the department or the fire department. (L.L. 2024/126, 12/18/2024, eff. 6/16/2025)
