What is NYC AC § 28-404.4.2?

Quick Answer

This section mandates that every licensed master and special rigger maintain a place of business within the city, displaying a sign with their designation and license number. It specifies the ownership structure for riggers and limits associations to one other rigger business at the same location. Applies to licensed riggers operating in New York City.
