§ 28-401.19.3 Mandatory suspension or revocation.

The commissioner shall immediately suspend or revoke a license issued pursuant to this code as set forth below. Nothing in the following sections shall be construed to limit the commissioner's power to revoke or suspend licenses in other circumstances. (Am.
