§ 28-213.5.2 Exemption.

AC § 28-213.5.2

Any work performed by a contractor that is wholly or partially exempt from a civil penalty for work performed without a permit pursuant to a rule of the department shall not be considered in determining whether the contractor is to be included on the watch list created pursuant to section 28-213.5.
