§ 28-210.4.1 Enforcement.

AC § 28-210.4.1

The provisions of section 28-210.4 shall be enforced by the mayor's office of special enforcement. Any person found to have violated the provisions of section 28-210.4 shall be liable for a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 for the first violation, $5,000 for the second violation and $7,500 for the third and subsequent violations.
