§ 20-1606 Website and reporting.

AC § 20-1606

The department shall annually post on its website and submit to the speaker of the council the following information: a. The number of complaints received by the department pursuant to this chapter; b. The results of investigations undertaken pursuant to this chapter; c. The average time for a complaint to be resolved pursuant to this chapter; d. Education and outreach conducted by the department regarding the provisions of this chapter; and e.
