Frank Tamberino is an associate attorney in the firm's OATH violations and Civil Litigation practice areas, where he specializes in real estate matters representing property owners and businesses. While his primary focus is on Department of Buildings violations, he is well-versed in OATH violation defense across all New York City agencies. His work in real estate-related civil litigation includes helping clients navigate complex regulatory matters that intersect with property ownership and development.

Frank earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2022, where he served on the Fordham International Law Journal and was a Research Fellow at the Urban Law Center. Prior to law school, he attended Harvard University, earning a Bachelor of Arts cum laude with High Honors in History, where he wrote his thesis on the Sicilian Mafia in World War II. Outside of the office, Frank enjoys reading history books and is an avid fan of mixed martial arts. His passion for research and strategic thinking, combined with his dedication to client advocacy, makes him a valuable member of the firm's OATH violations and Civil Litigation team.
