What is NYC AC § 28-102.2?

Quick Answer

This section clarifies that the provisions of the building code do not override other applicable laws such as the New York State Labor Law and the zoning resolution. In cases of conflict, the more restrictive requirement prevails. Applies to all entities subject to the building code.
