§ 27-260 Classification.

AC § 27-260

Buildings and spaces shall be classified in the institutional occupancy group when persons suffering from physical limitations because of health or age are harbored therein for care or treatment; when persons are detained therein for penal or correctional purposes; or when the liberty of the incarcerated individuals is restricted.
