The adjudication, settlement or settlement by stipulation of any notice of violation issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be in accordance with section 1049-a of the New York city charter and the applicable rules of the board. (Am. L.L. 2015/038, 5/6/2015, eff. 5/6/2016)
