For purposes of this subdivision, the first such report shall cover the period from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, and each six month period shall be deemed to end on June 30 and December 31, respectively, of each calendar year. Each report shall be submitted to the speaker and posted on the department's website within 60 days of the end of such period.
