§ 20-699.24 Private cause of action.

AC § 20-699.24

Any person alleging a violation of this subchapter may bring a civil action, in accordance with applicable law, in any court of competent jurisdiction. Such court may order compensatory, injunctive and declaratory relief. (L.L. 2024/119, 12/13/2024, eff. 6/11/2025)
