§ 20-565.1 Hotel license issuance and renewal; application; fee.

AC § 20-565.1

a. It shall be unlawful to operate a hotel without a license. Where no license has been obtained, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that an owner of a hotel is the operator of such hotel. b. A license issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid for a term of two years. The fee for such license shall be $350.
