§ 17-612 Certification of compliance.

AC § 17-612

a. A motor carrier shall certify to the board that it has established a drug testing program as required by the provisions of this chapter. Such certification shall be submitted to the board of education no later than one month after the effective date of this chapter, and annually thereafter. b. The text of the certification required by this section shall be as follows: I, [name], [title], certify that [name of motor carrier] has established and implemented a drug-testing program in accordance with the terms of chapter 6 of Title 17 of the administrative code of the city of New York.
